CPS Security guards are rude

I am a resident of The Villas @Alberante,this afternoon I was exiting the complex using my wife's car,my wife is currently out of the country,I came to the exit boom and I looked for the tag to exit but could not find it,I asked the security if he could open the boom for me as I could not find the tag,he refused and stated that he will call my unit,I explained to him I don't have my cell on me it's charging at home and there is nobody else at the unit,he was rude and I requested him name and he just walked away,I searched the vehicle and eventually found the tag,I have brought it to the attention of the MD of this company previously that their guards are rude and think they guarding a shopping centre and think they own this place and can do whatever they want to use as residents.This guards name is Ishmail eventually the other guard on duty showed my the OB and confirmed the guard in question name is Ishmail.So if I didn't find the tag I would be locked in,is this how CPS operates,I will definitely be lodging a complaint with the managing agent as well.
