I left another Security company to join CPS, unfortunately this has turned out not to be what was expected.
The only person who has been a shining star through this entire process has been Stephen, he is wonderful and his customer service is top notch.
However twice we've had the same technician, in fact, he should not be a technician at all, the first time he came we had to have someone redo his work. He again came the other day for the fence alarm, now we have a situation where the siren is hanging off the wall and it's on alarm but there was no signal at all. My safety now is at risk due to the error of one person.
Stephen said he would resolve - message sent at 10h16 still no response.
Really not the quality of service I would have though CPS capable of.
