I called Caseware and asked if I can receive training as an individual, and was advised that I need a license first, and then be trained as a "Caseware champion". So I requested a quote, and since then no one gets back to me. I left emails and no one answers, I called and am put through to the sales department, where the phone rings and no one answers. it's now been almost two weeks that I am chasing after Caseware, and I do need a license ASAP. This is very disappointing behavior by a company that is supposed to serve professionals.
