I called Caseware and asked if I can receive training as an individual, and was advised that I need a license first, and then be trained as a "Caseware champion". So I requested a quote, and since then no one gets back to me. I left emails and no one answers, I called and am put through to the sales department, where the phone rings and no one answers. it's now been almost two weeks that I am chasing after Caseware, and I do need a license ASAP. This is very disappointing behavior by a company that is supposed to serve professionals.

Very bad experience, my opinion is that Stanlib bank or the people that work there are not honest. I deposited my funds into an Enhanced Yield Fund B1, and my financial advisor told me that I would have access to my funds immediately, if I needed, as was the case with my money market account (she was trying to convince me to move my funds from my money to this stanlib account). I was not happy with the performance of the account, so I submitted a withdrawal order. That's where the problems started. I am being sent from pillar to post, and even now Stanlib is claiming that the bank account I provided them with is invalid. A blatant lie, since Stanlib withdrew money themselves from that Standard Bank account, and I even provided them with a bank confirmation letter, but they are still giving me difficulties. I will go to the Ombudsman to report this dishonest tactic
I could give minus 10 if I could. I was in a minor car accident, and after two weeks of waiting I was advised that I was going to know whether my claim was approved or not in 10 more days, which would have been 24 days waiting for a response. Of course the courtesy car, which I paid for, was not going to be given to me during all that time. And all that time I dealt with incredible arrogant staff. If you value your car and your money, avoid this insurance.
Good day, My name is Christian. I lodged a complaint on the 26th of February 2023 about my credit card that had been compromised. I received assistance over the phone, my credit card was frozen and a new one requested, and on the 28th of February I received a message that the new credit card had arrived at Eastgate branch as requested by me. Then the bank sent me an email, giving me the result on the fraud case and advising me on how to keep my account safe. But I noticed that another unauthorized payment of R500 was made on my credit card to RD 84481807 on the 3rd of March 2023, after my credit card was frozen! . I never authorized that, no OPT code was requested, I don't even know what that account is. I have not used my credit card since I reported the fraud, I have not even gotten my new card. And I certainly have not used my credit card on the app to pay anyone. I thought I was unable to do so, since my card was frozen and the new one has not been received by me? The following Saturday (04/03/2023) I went to the bank at Eastgate to get my card and to investigate the unauthorized payment. I arrived there at 9h , and was given ticket S 30. I waited for 3 hours and no one helped me, they called tickets 1 to 29, then jumped to ticket 44. A few people complained, including two elderly women (one was ticked 36 and another ticket 32), but your staff at Eastgate were quite unprofessional. So after 12h I decided to leave even though I had not been helped because I had other errands to run. I thought about calling and reversing the unauthorized payment. I called number 0860 123 000 at 12h32 on the same day, and the call lasted 34 minutes and 57 seconds in total. A gentleman helped me, and transferred me to the Fraud department after authenticating me. A Fraud department consultant also authenticated me, then transferred me to the Transactions department. The Transactions department consultant authenticated me, then announced me that she was transferring my call to the Fraud department. I told her that the Fraud department had just transferred me to Transactions, so she asked me to wait on the line. I waited until my airtime was finished. All the above is very unfortunate, the service both on the telephone and in the branch was appalling. I would like to be helped please about the R500 unauthorized payment as soon as possible, as I suspect that even after reporting the fraud my card is still compromised. What's even more ridiculous is that when I phone to report all this I am being taken from pillar to post by your consultants. Regards, Christian.
I wish Standard Bank could give me feedback on my loan application. I received an email stating that it had been approved, that I needed to send my payslip and bank statement to a certain email address (which I did), then it's been radio silence ever since. Tried to call them earlier today but got transferred from one person to another, held onto the call until my airtime was finished. Never got the feedback. I feel like an anonymous, obscure, unimportant person whose file has been lost or shelved.
I'm trying to speak to a person about my student bundle, and all I get is the virtual not which does not help at all!
