Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food.

Terrible experience at the Crawdaddy’s in Centurion on Feb 3rd. My partner and I arrived for a meal at 7pm to an almost empty restaurant, however we only received our meals at 7:50pm. Not only was service very slow, the meal I ordered was a combo of chicken, prawns and rice , the prawns being extremely mushy (overcooked) and inedible. I tried my best to eat as much as I could but felt extremely ill 10mins into eating the prawns. I alerted the waiter of this who in turn had informed the manager. The waiter told us that the manager would address us at the table within a few minutes. We paid the full bill and waited but the manager never came. This was very disappointing and unexpected from such a well established restaurant in the area.
