Poor service!!

I have not once, not that I go here much, had a good experience in the store. The service, at the Meadowdale Centre, to be specific, is very concerning.

Went in on a Sunday, asked about the cat sand availability of same (on the special specifically) was told to come back on Monday as this is when they will receive stock again.

Went in again the following Sunday, askedfor the same thing and was told by the one, to come in on Monday when they would receive stock and told by the other staff member that theres no stock - so whats the truth now? On my way out I was laughed at and made fun of in another language

How the geck is this customer service,? Is this the type of service they have been trained to provide customers?

Poor, pathetic and concerning!!
