I have not once, not that I go here much, had a good experience in the store. The service, at the Meadowdale Centre, to be specific, is very concerning. Went in on a Sunday, asked about the cat sand availability of same (on the special specifically) was told to come back on Monday as this is when they will receive stock again. Went in again the following Sunday, askedfor the same thing and was told by the one, to come in on Monday when they would receive stock and told by the other staff member that theres no stock - so whats the truth now? On my way out I was laughed at and made fun of in another language How the geck is this customer service,? Is this the type of service they have been trained to provide customers? Poor, pathetic and concerning!!
I bought Waggies 8kg small dog, dog pallets at Pick n Pay and found a piece of rubber while pouring out pallets to feed my two dogs. This is very concerning as I pour sauce over the pallets which hides the smell or taste of the rubber and could cause huge issues if digested.

This product is absolutely poor and will most certainly not buy it again! The packaging probably cost more than the manufacturing of the pallets!
We visited the Chicken Licken in Meadowdale, Edenvale a day ago and received the worst service. 1. The staff were not welcoming, could not greet and were not friendly at all 2. I felt uneasy as the staff spoke in their language about us, no I did not understand them, but their constant looking into our direction and laughing, said enough 3. The fries we received, felt and tasted like it was made a day ago and just warmed up for 30 seconds. We will not be visiting any Chicken Licken store again as this is not the first time we have experienced this type of service.
RUDE!! At first I thought "What a nice guy and great customer service" as I called after hours. Then this morning i went back on the add to look at my next car and Julian gave me a call to confirm the car was still there the price has been increased by 10k Questioned that and was told very rudely that "nobody is oerfect and that was a mistake and price would remain the same" And phone was out diwn in my ear after a " okay bye" Not impressed and glad I had not ourchased the vehicle, imagine driving all the way from Edenvake to Roodepoort and find out it has veen increased Poor customer service and RUDE
Dear Mcds Meadowdale I would like to share my disappointment in the stores service and quality of food received. First question I got from my hubby when we opened our burger was: "What is this and why is it in my food" He found a piece of plastic and some tissue or tissue paper underneath and on top of his burger patty, and not only that, it was dry and we did not receive our full order of our Share box. I am very disappointed in the store!!
Dear Debonairs Pizza Primrose I understand that the branch has only opened recently and you are new in the game and with the festive season, received many more orders then you could cater for. With much regret, I will be rating the store with only 1 star. a Star of much disappointment and regret that I had purchased there in the first place. We placed on order just before 18h00 pm on the 23rd of December 2020. After we had placed and paid for the order, we called the store about 1hr later to query the arrival of our order. On the quest, we firstly could not get through to the store, on the 3rd attempt, one of the staff members answered and was tolled it is on its way. We then received our food 30 min after we called and was told it was on its way, even though we do live 5 min away from the store. So in total we has waited 2 hrs for our food. THEN, with even more regret, we do not get what we order or paid for AND WORST IT WAS COLD!! This saddens me as it is not just the stores name to it, but the brand in over all that must suffer. You need to keep to the Standards!!
