Bad Service - Let down at the last minute

<p>So, So disappointed with Creative Cleaning.</p> <p>I booked this company to clean a holiday apartment one week in advance, arrangement via email, verbally confirmed and via WhatsApp. The appoint was set for Monday 8.30am. Two days before the clean, I contacted Noel from Creative Cleaning to confirm our Monday 8.30am appointment. Only to be told sorry he has made another appointment but would come Monday that afternoon at 2pm. Noel from Creative Cleaning was made aware that the cleaner leaves at 3.30pm. Guess what, a NO SHOW!!!!!!!!!! Shocking service. I then WhatsApp Noel and expressed my disappointment and again, no curtesy to even reply, apologise etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Bad Service. My clients had to go into a flat with a dirty bed. We pride ourselves in having beds cleaned for our clients.</p> <p> </p>
