Outstanding service

I enquired via snupit for a pool cleaning service on Saturday afternoon. On my way to work on Monday morning, Charlene Sutherland, the owner of Creative Cleaning contacted me. She was polite, knowledgeable and understanding. Tuesday afternoon Owen who is a ver professional yet friendly gentleman provided the first treatment and on Thursday he did the follow up. I got home to a sparkling pool and Owen is a perfectionist as he thinks it is not 100% and this is a blessing considering how we were messed around. Thank you Charlene and Owen
