On Sunday, 30 June 2024, my family took my mum to Centre Court for a late lunch as Centre Court is one of her favourite places to dine. We stood in the queue to be seated. The hostess, a short African female with glasses, walked passed us numerous times without acknowledging us. A waiter noticed us and kindly directed us to one of the 4 vacant 4 seater tables. The hostess barked at us saying theres a queue that you have to follow. My sister told her that we were in the queue and before i could explain that the waiter was kind enough to direct us to a table she reached for my sister's arm. My sister told her to stop and i told her that we were in the queue and the waiter asked us to be seated. There was a family of 8 in the queue infront of us hence she probably didnt notice us. Once seated Slindile who is a gem served us and gave us excellent service. The hostess proceeded be extremely unprofessional by talking very loud and abruptly to the waiters which is unacceptable in a restaurant especially if the restaurant is busy and the waiters are trying their best to maintain a friendly attitude and serve us. The hostess approached our table to ask if we need anything and we asked for take away container. She proceeded to tell Slindile to get one for us in a very abrupt manner which was appalling. The host who is usually on duty, a white tall gentleman is always very professional and courteous and you should consider asking him to train this woman on proper etiquette. Please forgive me for not remembering the hostess and host's names
After a very tiring day at work I went to Clicks Windermere Centre in Durban to purchase a few essentials. The aisles were neat and a pleasure to look for merchandise. When I went to the till point to pay I had to wait in a queue while the cashier, Lihle had a discussion with a colleague. A customer at the next till point indicated that I should move over to Lihle's till as she did not acknowledge the queue. When I got to the counter she greeted me, rang up my purchase and her colleague appeared once again. To my jargrin I was asked to wait until the colleague checked a price instead of allowing me to swipe my card. I am in the retail industry and am appalled at this. We were trained that the customer comes first. I will never purchase at this store again.
We ordered food from Burger King Toti, MrD pitches at my office and the drinks have spilled and our food was soggy and we refused the order. The driver proceeds to stare at us with a blank look and we call MrD. While we are on the phone he meets another MrD driver and has a conversation. He is told by someone to wait here while we are on the phone with another person who says we should send him to burger king to replace the order. We inform him of this and he continues to stand here expecting us to take the food. Our office floor is a mess and he doesn't offer to clean up his mess and leaves a trail of softdrink all the way to the parking lot. This is very shoddy service and most of all disappointing.
I had the pleasure of speaking to claims handler Luzahn Jordan. I put through 2 claims for 2 of my fur kids. Luzahn was efficient, friendly and explained the process impeccably. Well done Luzahn!!! Keep up the awesome work. God bless you always
Awesome service at vetsmart westwood I recently bought a 20kg optiwoof puppy food in error... Both my sister and I bought a bag each. I contacted Nikita at the Westwood branch and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with her. She promptly informed me that I could return the bag and purchase something else. I just told her what I needed and she had the order ready for me when I dropped by the store. Nikita is always helpful and always readily available to recommend what would be a good option for my 4 furbabies. She takes a personal interest in her customers which makes us feel more welcome to shop at the branch. Well done Nikita!

I am a regular at Fego Westwood. Recently the service and food has been pathetic. It took 45 minutesfor our breakfast to arrive after my sister and i enquired abt our breakfast at the counter. The Manager pretends not it to hear customers when they are complaining. We ordered 2 x well done and 1 xsunnyside up with white toast. We got 3 runny eggs withbrown toast which was actually normal bread and everything was swimming in oil and cold. It was disastrous. The service and food used to be very good so i am not sure what has happened.
On 16 June we decided to visit this establishment as a number of friends raved about their experience however we were very disappointed. Upon entry the hostess was very polite and bubbly. We were taken into the garden which has the most beautiful view. We placed our drinks order which took abt 30 minutes to get to us and was cold. The food order took an additional 50 minutes to get to us and it was cold. We ordered starters which never got to us. When we asked for the bill we did bring it to the waitress' attention that the starters were forgotten but she shouldn't worry about it and just bring the bill. When she brought the bill she said that she forgot about it and it was made and can we please take it. We were flabbergasted as it was beyond cold and rubbery and we were basically forced to pay for it. She brought a take away container which we left behind. Why should we be made to pay for something we no longer want cos of the incompetence of the waitress. This was an extremely disappointing display of customer service.
I have had the pleasure of using Mr Swanson's services. He is patient and advised my mum on which trees should be cut or trimmed. He and his staff are very professional and once their job is completed my garden was left very neat and tidy. His prices are very reasonable and it's always a pleasure doing business with him
