Refusal of refund
My account is settled yet there was a deduction in December. I spoke to one of your consultants the 1st week of December regarding my refund. I was told the money usually reflects around the 23 December but by that time the company will be closed.
On Monday 4 January I contacted you guys again and spoke to Mpho( what a lovely lady). I explained my situation and send the required documents to your watsapp nr. She told me if I do not receive ANY COMMUNICATION from her on Monday then all is in order.
Today is Wednesday and I still have not received my refund. I phone again this morning and spoke to a lady. Who told me that they have not received my funds yet so they can’t refund me yet.
I AM LIVID AND VERY FRUSTRATED. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A DEDUCTION FROM PERSAL ON THE 15 DECEMBER 2025, HAS NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR SIDE YET? I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT FOR ONE SECOND.
