Never ever take out a contract with Mtn. They are the biggest ****mers. 3 months later and they still giving excuses regarding my paid up letter.
How can you almost wait for a month to be refunded? Please do not attempt to call me because I am not interested in your **** excuses. I will definitely report this company to NCR. Why must I beg for my hard earned money
My account is settled yet there was a deduction in December. I spoke to one of your consultants the 1st week of December regarding my refund. I was told the money usually reflects around the 23 December but by that time the company will be closed. On Monday 4 January I contacted you guys again and spoke to Mpho( what a lovely lady). I explained my situation and send the required documents to your watsapp nr. She told me if I do not receive ANY COMMUNICATION from her on Monday then all is in order. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received my refund. I phone again this morning and spoke to a lady. Who told me that they have not received my funds yet so they can’t refund me yet. I AM LIVID AND VERY FRUSTRATED. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A DEDUCTION FROM PERSAL ON THE 15 DECEMBER 2025, HAS NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR SIDE YET? I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT FOR ONE SECOND.
MTN IS THE BIGGEST ****MERS OF ALL TIMES. My contract was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates. I requested a settlement letter and the account was settled in FULL November 2025. I requested a paid up letter. Its been 2 weeks and they have not responded so I contacted there legal department. This morning I received an email from MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT THAT I STILL OWE R3000. What the hell???? I HAVE JUST LAID AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AND NCC. THIS NONSENSE OF MTN NEEDS TO STOP
My account was handed over to SSD. The account was settled the 18/11/25. I have requested a paid up letter. SSD has requested MTN to send the paid up letter but until today MTN has not responded. This is very frustrating.
I requested a settlement letter for my personal loan on WEDNESDAY 13/11/25 and I am being send from pillar to post. Today is the 17/11/25 and I have not received my letter yet. Why is it so difficult to get a settlement letter from FNB. I have been calling and communicating via the FNB app since FRIDAY.
It has been good thus far..submitted 2 claims so far and without any hassles
