Debt Review - Credit Matters - Increases

Good Morning,

Debt review is supposed to assist people who are in need and struggling, yet my debit order has once again been increased by R876.41.

Our income does not increase, so these constant rises are not helping — they are taking food off my table. Instead of assisting people in need, this process feels like it is pushing us down even further.

This is not the support debt review is meant to provide. Please urgently explain why these increases are happening and what can be done to actually assist us.
