Good Morning, Debt review is supposed to assist people who are in need and struggling, yet my debit order has once again been increased by R876.41. Our income does not increase, so these constant rises are not helping — they are taking food off my table. Instead of assisting people in need, this process feels like it is pushing us down even further. This is not the support debt review is meant to provide. Please urgently explain why these increases are happening and what can be done to actually assist us. Kind regards

In my life I've never heard of people that need to assist you with you financial issues due to Covid and then yearly they increase your monthly payment. This is a company I will never ever promote or suggest to anyone.

Order last night an order for 5 people and received food for 4, they said they will follow it up with the McDonald's in Brackenfell but never phoned back. This is the service u get for over R650 amd i haven't received a refund yet
Ive applied for holiday on my home payment, 24 April it was granted. The day UIF paid some relief into my account 30 April the home bond took it. Ive been struggling for 3 weeks to get it back from them. You can phone and u can mail and no one ever come back with an answer
Why is it so difficult to get a Telkom line cancelled - since 13 March - no luck - where is the so called 21 days - pathetic
I need to cancel my Telkom line at home - there is just no way I can get this sorted. I've been sending mails since 13 March and making phone calls but every time you speak to a different person and no one is willing to go that extra mile to help my request. Every time it's the same story - no documents has been received - nothing has been logged on the system - how long must I struggle with this and if I top paying - it's a bad credit record.
<p>I did an enquiry by Cell C more than once, when to cancel one of my contracts in full, cause it's not being used anymore - they say a month before the time. The contract of this number ********** only finishing 5 Aug, so I must cancel it on 5 July and so I did. I even confirmed with the lady when will be the last deduction and they said end of July cause I pay in advance. I accepted it cause it all makes sence. This morning I received my Statement for end of August and again this contract is on the statement - phoning Cell C they informed me cause of me cancelling it only on 5 July I still need to pay for end of August. This is not acceptable to me cause I did what they told me to do - the right way and now I still need to pay - not acceptable at all - the voice-recording can be double checked cause all of this detail being mentioned here, I confirmed with them via telephone too.</p>
