BAD SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM FOURWAYS CUSTOMER SERVICES WHEN I TOOK MY SON'S PHONE FOR REPAIRS.I BOUGHT SAMSUNG A05 DEC 2024 AND ON THE 2ND JAN 2026 THE PHONE STARTED TO SWITCH ITSELF OFF AFTER FEW MIN WHEN ITS ON. THEN I TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO CRESTA MALL AS THE PHONE HAVE 2YEARS WARRANTY ON THE 3RD JAN 2026.WE WERE ASSISTED BY THULI AND SHE SAID SHE WILL BOOK THE PHONE WITH VODACOM ON THE 05TH AS THEY ARE OPENING THAT WEEK - THE PHONE WAS COLLECTED ON THE 08TH JAN 2026 AND THE FOLLOWING WEEK I GOT A CALL FROM VODACOM FOURWAYS AND THE GIRL BY THE NAME OF PATIENCE ASKED ME IF THE PHONE SCREEN IS CRACKED I SAID NO IT IS NOT AS THE PHONE HAD NO SCRATH AND DIDNT FALL. SHE SAID OHK LET ME SPEAK TO THE TECHNICIAN, AFTER 2 MIN SHE CALLED AGAIN AND SAID DID ANYONE AT CRESTA TOLD ME ABOUT THE QUOTATION THAT I MUST ACCEPT I SAID NO QUOTATION I AM GOING TO ACCEPT OR ANY PAYMENT TO BE DONE ON THAT PHONE AS IT HAS WARRANTY AND IT IS FACTORY FAULT BY LOOK OF THINGS. SHE THEN SAID OHK AND HANG UP. AFTER A WEEK AGAIN SHE CALLED ASKED ME IF THE PHONE SCREEN IS CRACKED I SAID NO IT IS NOT AS THE PHONE HAD NO SCRATH AND DIDNT FALL LIKE I TOLD HER LAST WEEK - SHE SAID SHE WILL TELL THE TECHNICIAL I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THAT TECHNICIAN SHE SAID THEY NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. I WAITED AND WAITED FOR UPDATE TILL I WENT TO CRESTA ON THE 31ST ONLY TO FIND OUT MY SON'S PHONE WAS ALREADY THERE AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE PHONE. MUCH TO MY SHOCK ME AND 3 STAFF AT GAME WE CHECKED THE PHONE AND WE NOTICED THERE ARE GLUES ON THE SIDE AND WE SWITCHED IT ON AS THEY SAY THE PHONE SCREEN IS CRACKED AND THE 4 OF US NEVER SAW THE SCRATCH - THE GAME STAFF CALLED FOURWAYS THEN WE SPOKE TO FAITH WHO WAS VERY RUDE EVEN LAUGHED WHEN ME AND THE GAME STAFF MEMBER TOLD HER THE PHONE IS NOT FIXED AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DIDNT EVEN OPEN IT AS THE PARTEN TO OPEN THE PHONE WAS STILL ON - FAITH LAUGHED WHEN WE ASKED HER WHERE IS THE SCRATCH AND THIS WAS HER ANSWER IN NOT SO MANY WORDS SHE BASICALLY SAID EVEN A BLIND PERSON CAN SEE THAT THERE SCREEN IS CRACKED AND SHE WENT FUTHER SAID THE OWNER OF THE PHONE WHICH IS ME AND MY SON WE TOOK THE PHONE SOMEWHERE FIRST BEFORE WE TOOK IT TO GAME - I GOT SO FURIOUS BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT WE PLAYING GAMES AND I ASKED WHY WOULD I TAKE NEW PHONE TO SOMEONE WHILE IT HAS WARRANTY SHE GIGGILED AND I TOLD HER SHE CAN LAUGH AS THIS IS A JOKE TO HER BUT I AM GOING TO HELLOPETER THEN SHE KEPT QUIET AND WE TOLD HER THE PHONE HAD NO SCRATCH AND SHE INSISTED THERE IS SCRATCH THEN WE ASKED THABANG TO COME CHECK THE PHONE AND HE CONFIRMED NO SCRATCH AND HE SUGGESTED WE BOOK THE PHONE AGAIN WHICH IT WAS DONE. I AM VERY DISGUSTTED/FUMMING/FLABAGASTED TO SAY THE LEAST OF THE RUDENES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM VODACOM STAFF AT FOURWAYS HAVE. SO NOW THIS IS WHAT I WANT AND DEMAND - NEW PHONE OR CREDIT(TAKE BACK THAT PHONE AND GIVE ME MY MONEY) AND I AM NOT GOING TO WAIT 14 OR 21WORKING DAYS - THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE END OF THIS WEEK THE 7TH FEB 2026,NO ONE MUST CALL ME ASKING ME QUESTIONS OR TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A CRACK OR SCRATCH OR WHATSOEVER ON THE PHONE - THERE IS NO SCRACH ON THE PHONE AND TEACH YOUR STAFF MANNERS BECAUSE WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND WILL NEVER WAKE UP AND DROP OUR PHONES JUST FOR FUN AND HAVE FAITH TO LAUGH AT US WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT THE PHONE WAS IN GOOD CONDITION.
I GOT A CALL YESTERDAY AND TODAY FROM THULI @ GAME CRESTA MALL SAYING SOMEONE FROM VODACOM GAME CALLED ME TO CONFIRM I AGREE WITH THE QUOTATION OF R900.00, I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM VODACOM AND I TOLD YOU I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING TOWARDS THE PHONE AS IT MUST BE REPAIRED AND STILL UNDER WARRANTY. TODAY I AM TOLD BY GAME CRESTA THULI THAT I MUST COME COLLECT THE PHONE AS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND VODACOM SAYS I OPENED THE PHONE - AND THEREFORE THERE IS NO WARRANTY - I STILL ASK WHY WOULD I OPEN THE PHONE IF THERE IS WARRANTY? THEY SAY IT HAS GLUE INSIDE WHO WILL PUT THE GLUE INSIDE? I WANT MY REFUND OR SHOULD WE TAKE THIS A LEGAL WAY? I ASKED THULI TO GET HER MANAGER TO GET HOLD OF ME AND I WILL BE WAITING - I WANT REFUND NOTHING ELSE!!!!
