Charges on faulty factory defects

I bought a pressure pump from Saplastikor and was convinced that CRI pumps was better than the imports from Italy,it was a very bad decision as of previous experiences this was no different,the pump was in for replacement of the rear housing that started to crack for no reason,funny part was that I had to pay in R250 for the controller card was faulty,that was a blatant lie,six moths later the same fault appear and I phoned Saplastikor where I was told that they have a lot of comebacks on the CRI pumps.Needles to say I phoned CRI head office in Midrand and spoke to Waroon,service manager and without any hesitation he ask me to bring the pump to them and within an hour it would be ready.(Remember the pump was working but the cracked rear end causes it to spray some water but was switching on and off )the controller card is again damaged which is not true,a crooked ay to resolve their losses due to low quality parts and they think every body that walks in with faulty equipment are either morons or plain stupid.They are plain daylight robbers because their products cannot stand up to the imports from Italy,typical S.A that rob the SA public
