CRI Pumps don't honour guarantees

CRI Pumps distribute water pumps. The water pump I had installed seven months ago malfunctioned with no human intervention and CRI pumps refused to honour the guarantee, instead insisting I pay for the repair. Guarantees are to cover for events such as a malfunction. Charging the client for repair is bad business practice and hence this warning to others.
