I pay every month my insurance plus exstras like car hire and exsess pay down, then when an accident happen and you need to get your car fixed they tell you that you need to pay exsess as your "app" was bot running where they can track you. ****** me thats paying to have exsess pay down. They a bunch of ******* and working in ********* ways!!! Don't see me telling them; " you know what I'm paying less this month for my insurance because I haven't been driving alot or got into any accidents", no, you do your part and then they come and ***** you over!
