Dear Crossover Customer Support, I am writing regarding my order, Order #C20823 . I have received confirmation that my order is being processed, but I haven't gotten any updates about the delivery. Please note that if my order is not delivered by Thursday, 04 December 2025, I request that a full refund be issued immediately. I would appreciate a prompt update on the status of my order. I would like to complain about the quality of clothing crossover has ,I bought a white Diesel t-shirt at crossover Sandton on the 24th of July 2025 then wore it once and wash it then the red name colour was washed out and spread to the white parts of the t-shirt. When I took it back the manager took it and say I must come back after 7 days for refund. So today the 14 August 2025 I went there since is more than 7days and I get told that the t-shirt will be going back to Diesel today and I realized that I am been made a fool because they know that they selling ****s and dont want to account, so I took the t-shirt and I will spread the word of advise to people not to make the mistake of buying there if they looking for quality.

Ia bought two items, a vialli jean and shirt both white. They were delivered by The courier guy My problem is that when i received my order both my items were dirty, like they have been fitted on or something, couldn't return them because the event i bought them for is this weekend. So I just wanna know if this is what they do to their customers or I just happened to be a victim of such?

I would like to complain about the quality of clothing crossover has my husband bought 2 shirts at the crossover Menlyn and one of the shirts neck is washed out after wearing it once for a shirt that costs that much you should really work on ur brand.

Crossover menlyn treat customers like trash. We bought a jacket in may that is worth over R3000 and within 3 days it was discolouring on the neck and now it’s spreading to other parts of the jacket. We went to the store to ask how it can be fixed as for the amount we expect quality . Instead of getting help we were met by the worst attitude and blamed for poor quality of their clothes. We’ve bought so many things at this store and we understand the value of what we pay for but after today’s treatment I will never go to this store. more especially at Menlyn
