**** Brands and poor service

I would like to complain about the quality of clothing crossover has ,I bought a white Diesel t-shirt at crossover Sandton on the 24th of July 2025 then wore it once and wash it then the red name colour was washed out and spread to the white parts of the t-shirt. When I took it back the manager took it and say I must come back after 7 days for refund. So today the 14 August 2025 I went there since is more than 7days and I get told that the t-shirt will be going back to Diesel today and I realized that I am been made a fool because they know that they selling ****s and dont want to account, so I took the t-shirt and I will spread the word of advise to people not to make the mistake of buying there if they looking for quality.
