They have a notice on the board at reception that speaks to patients who have to make appointments. I've been coming to get my chronic meds since 2024 August and have always adhered and never missed any of the dates im given. Last month I got a job and indicated that to them, they said they've registered me at dischem so I can go get meds outside office hours. I went to dischem and the registration was not there, I went back to the clinic and was told the registration was not done correctly. I was told to come back on a different date because the lady's laptop wasn't charged. I asked if i can make an appointment for a Wednesday at 7:30 so I can still make it to work , they agreed. I arrived on Wednesday morning (today)at 06:40, there's already a queue. I wait till 7:30 then explain to the security about my appointment. She says "there's no special treatment here,go wait in line like everyone"' . I go in and wait a bit, I go to the clerk at reception and explain to him that I requested to come get my meds and dischem registration today and wasctoldbits fine. I also explained that i just started new work and I dont have leave days yet. Can I just get my meds and ill excuse myself. After a long back and forth of "you need to wait like everyone else" and "but you guys said i can make an appointment" he says "fine go check your BP and we'll try to get someone ro attend you". I go to the vitals side and there's already a long queue split in 2 for the elderly and skills other patients. There's no nurse present to assist. I waited some more, no one came. Eventually I left because I asked to come in late at work but its court and I cant be late for more than am hour so I left. Its the 3rd time I've been sent from pillar to post and although today was kinda urgent for me - I kind of understood why some people default on their meds. You get treated so poorly while youre already going through a lot mentally and otherwise. I dont want them to respond or anything like that but I hope you guys treat people better going forward. I for one will see if I can't find another facility to assist me for now cos at least I do want to be well.

Bearing in mind that this is a government facility, but man did I not receive the best the treatment. The staff was so warm and friendly from the reception to the sister that does the weight, blood pressure etc to the actual nurse/ doctor. All the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything worked in perfect order. Facility was clean, really was an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work.

This clinic is in Ormonde in Ulster street. This clinic is awful, the worst of them all, slow nurses go up and down with stinking attitude and you het help after 5 hours. When you get help the medication is not there and they are not bothered and they do not treat patients well. We came at 6 am waiting outside the gate until they opened half 7 only to be helped at 12 and we miss work and please if you don't change we will sue this clinic or take drastic measures. I am extremely mad.
