There is a manager at Southdale Mall Cash Crusaders. Her name is Hellen. She goes over and above to assist me, and this has been over a period of 5 months. Retail industry needs more staff like her. She has made my life a little bit easier. Thank you, Hellen.

This agency deserves no stars at all, I never wish ill on anyone's business, but this place needs to be shutdown. Firstly, they ****** us on our deposit, after waiting a whole entire month after vacating for your deposit, they refund a ridiculously low amount, telling me that electricity is billed 2 months in arrears, what nonsense. From R10 600, they refunded me R2 500. To make matters worst, this woman Annie, raises her voice to me and transfers the call while I am still speaking. What arrogance??? Is this how customers should be treated. he does not deserve to work with people, she should be put in a cage, damn animal.
My family and I had the worst experience today at La Parada Restaurant at Emperor's Palace. We went to have Christmas lunch and was so excited as this is an exclusive restaurant. We ordered starters, grilled calamari and chicken wings, and some drinks, 2 of these drinks were ****tails. I love long island ice- tea because I only need 1 of them to make me tipsy and my husband had a whiskey ****tail. Sad to say his ****tails came in a normal sized whiskey glass and not the ****tail glass as the waiter advised. My long island ice- tea could have well been a soft drink as I could not taste any alcohol. The starters, oh my word, 4 steamed chicken wings and less than a handful of calamari, not easy on the eye and almost nothing for the price. Main course, we had 3 prawn pastas, the prawns were ok, but the pasta itself was tasteless, I had to add so much salt to my food for it to have some taste. The waiter was so busy that we could have easily walked out without paying. Tried to flag down another waiter and he just looked our way and carried on with his business. So disappointing for their ridiculously expensive menu. No toothpicks or sweets just very nice serviettes and take- away bags and straws, that was the best part of my experience. Never ever again.
They don't even deserve one star. This company has ruined my life. Signed me up under false pretences in 2017 and now in 2023, my name is still under debt review. On my credit report is shows I joined in 2020. I want my life back
Bearing in mind that this is a government facility, but man did I not receive the best the treatment. The staff was so warm and friendly from the reception to the sister that does the weight, blood pressure etc to the actual nurse/ doctor. All the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything worked in perfect order. Facility was clean, really was an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work.
I have just received a notification on my credit report that on the 25 January 2023, an enquiry was made on my name with Standard Bank Power Curve. I did not make this enquiry and this is affecting my credit rating. Please do something about this. I m a customer of Standard Bank
Worst agents, dont maintain their buildings, dont attend to complaints, quick to disconnect electricity which is against the law unless they have a court order. Electricity is a nightmare
This company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I received, efficient and excellent service and I would recommend and refer them to anyone who is looking. Keep up the good work!!!!!
