Appalling Service i received from Ctecg

Appalling service i received from Mahlatse at Ctecg . I asked them to move my debit order to the 15th of each month which they agreed and confirmed afterwards via email .To my shock they tried to debit my account on the 7th march 2026 and they couldn't find money in my bank as it was not the agreed date . They then decided to disconnect my internet without any communication .I had to call and fight with them even though they were emails confirming our prior agreement . So who's going to pay for the unpaid debit (charges)?Their method of practising business is very unfair and i feel so hard done and disappointed with their service .It was not for the first they committed all these errors ,They never explained to me how their debit orders work in terms of debit order dates ,e.g they don't tell you that if the debit order date falls on a weekend then you should expect debit to go off a day before . All these information was never disclosed to me . I can never recommend them to anyone .
