Awful Service From Capitec Bank
Their Call centre is not working ,I even tried to send email to get assisted .It's been a week without any response .I'm disable i hardly go out to their branch .I would never recommend Capitec to anyone ,as a matter of fact i will be moving all my stuff from Capitec .1 reply

STANDARD BANK CALL CENTRE IS A CIRCUSS /THEY WILL MAKE YOU THEIR LINES FOREVER AND THEAFTER DROP THE LINE ON YOUR EAR .
ON THE 07TH OF SEPTEMBER 2022 I WENT TO STANDARD BANK BRANCH IN JANE FURSE TO CASE OF FRAUD BY ONE OF THE STANDARD BANK'S CLIENT. THE NAME OF THE STANDARD BANK CLIENT WHO SCARMED MONEY IS ANDRE SMITH WHO OWNS INTABAZWE AGRI PROCESSOR SA PTY LTD, ADDRESS: 10 WARDEN STREET HARRISMITH. ANDRE SCARMED US R30 ,300 WHICH WE PAID FOR ANIMAL FEEDS. HIS ACCOUNT DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: NAME OF ACCOUNT: MANN ABOUT FARMING ACCOUNT NUMBER IS *** WE PUT MONEY IN THAT ACCOUNT ON THE 25/08/2022 SINCE THEN ANDRI BLOCKED US FROM ALL THE COMMUNICATION WE HAD WITH HIM. WE THEN WENT TO STANDARD TO REPORT THE MATTER . STANDARD BANK TOLD ME TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION TO DO AFFIDAVIT THE AFTER I WAS TOLD TO SENT THE SAID DOCUMENT TOGETHER WITH THE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO TransactionalFraudOpsSA <***>, WHICH WE DID. AFTER I SENT THE EMAIL I WAS TOLD TO EXPECT THE RESPONDS WITHIN TWO DAYS . TWO DAYS LAPSED STILL WITH NO FEEDBACK . I HAVE TRIED TO CALL STANDARD BANK SEVERAL TIMES TO GET FEEDBACK ON THE MATTER WITH NO SUCCESS . I AM SO DISAPOINTED IN STANDARD BANK . WHENEVER I CALL I GET TO SPEAK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO WILL JUST MAKE ME HOLD THE LINE FORVER . CAN ANYONE FROM STANDARD BANK CONTACT US AND DISCUSS THE MATTER IN BROAD IN ORDER TO RECOVER OUR MONEY .3 replies

Superior Service from FNB consultant (Daniel Ditlopo )
Greetings ,on the the 8th of April 2022. I phoned in requesting FNB to send us our Club bank Statement and the the call was answered by a very friendly and kind Consultant by the name of Daniel Ditlopo . I explained my ordeal to him and he gave me an ear and digested all my nonsense and helped me without any complain . Daniel was very efficient and eloquent in sorting out my query . I'm happy and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to greater heights within your organization .Thank You FNB for having such a friendly Gentlemen in your center . Big up !!!1 reply

FAILED TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING METER READINGS WHICH I SUBMITTED .
This company as has no communication channels . They put you on hold forever while playing their boring classic music finishing our minutes. I'm unable to submit our monthly READINGS as per our agreement with eskom . I have submitted my READINGS via email twice already and i tried to call them but still no one seems to bother coming back to me . The company should be sold be sold to the highest bidder because its like a dead snake .0 replies
