CTECg’s service has declined drastically. The internet has become extremely slow, and their support team takes forever to respond — you have to keep asking for updates before anything is done. It honestly feels like they are unwilling to help. Today, even after paying my account and sending proof at 10:40 AM, they suspended my services at 4:40 PM. Clearly, they don’t check payments, which is very unprofessional. When I called, they boldly told me my account was suspended for non-payment. To make matters worse, the support agent Rethabile was rude and transferred me to admin while I was still speaking. The experience was shocking and disappointing. It’s as though they feel they can treat customers however they want because they don’t have real competition.

I wish there was a zero rating to emphasise how ****ty their service is. You use most of your time calling them than using the internet, they are quick to charge for nonsensical things while failing to provide what they promised. Don’t even waste your time with them or you will regret. They will over charge you and punish you if you decide to stop paying cos you are not getting any data, I haven’t had any internet connection since May and everytime they send a tech support they will charge 500 as if its my fault that their internet is not working. Rather work with bigger brands that understand business and customer service because supporting local is never worth it, they need your money more than anything.

I have a wifi contract with them, we have been having connections problem so they decided to send out a technician to come check out what’s wrong. They have been rebooting and nothing seems to work. When the technician arrived they found that the tech who did the installation did a ****ty job one of the cables was short making loose connection hence the weak signal and no connection. The put in a new cable then all was working , now they charging us for a call out fee while the problem was with their installation why. They are ****** and also they don’t take black customers serious they only respond to the white customers quick. Mxm

These guys were good to us at the beginning. I don't know kw what the problem is now but their network speed has deteriorated to almost a halt. They just came in after I requested them to come have a look at my speed. When they are here, they claim everything is fine. Immediately when they leave. The network speed goes back to a snails pace. I'm tired of this now. Might be time to find a new isp
