CTECg’s service has declined drastically. The internet has become extremely slow, and their support team takes forever to respond — you have to keep asking for updates before anything is done. It honestly feels like they are unwilling to help. Today, even after paying my account and sending proof at 10:40 AM, they suspended my services at 4:40 PM. Clearly, they don’t check payments, which is very unprofessional. When I called, they boldly told me my account was suspended for non-payment. To make matters worse, the support agent Rethabile was rude and transferred me to admin while I was still speaking. The experience was shocking and disappointing. It’s as though they feel they can treat customers however they want because they don’t have real competition.
I had a frustrating experience with HostAfrica and wouldn't recommend their services. Their customer support is slow to respond, and when they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. I encountered frequent downtime, which severely impacted my emails. 3 days later still no resolution.
I am rather very disappointed at how Zolani at HostAfrica treated my query. I have been pulled from Pilar to post for 3 days and still failed to assist but instead, he was quick to tell me to change service providers. HostAfrica is this the type of personnel you employ? I thought you were better than the red and black hosting company but you seem to be the worst. I am dissapointed.
☹️ I am rather very disappointed at how reliable Store doesn't care about their customers, 4 months later I still do not have my Macbook screen that I ordered and paid for in April. No communication whatsoever. Reading through all those reviews made me realize that I do not have a special case but reliable store is just not reliable.
Bradlows Siyabuswa is the worst with customer service. They lack communication skills. They do not value their customers. The manager is as passive as the sales lady who assisted. 10 days later I still run behind them following up on my delivery. I am so so disappointed and disgusted.
Bradlows Siyabuswa team are the worst when coming to communication. I went to the store and purchased items in cash I was then told the delivery takes 48 hours. Days after I was the one chasing after them following up on my delivery. I was told they have technical glitches. I phoned the head office that confirmed that delivery does not take 48 hours but 6-7 working days. They misled me with straight faces. The was no need to lie and raise expectations. This kind of misleading behaviour needs to be halted, it is bad!
POOR OVERALL SERVICE PROVISION! From their call centre to their service offering. I wish the was a regulation to close them down. I am paying for a sim card they can't activate and they do not want to refund me.

I went back to Pretoria for them to fix the same issue and Warren the manager thinks giving me R400 worth of petrol from Mpumalanga will erase their unprofessional ways of doing things. not considering that I can not leave my work and go camp at their workshop why they damage things even further. Guys please stay away from Car Service City PTA CBD..go there if you want your car damaged
