CTECg’s service has declined drastically. The internet has become extremely slow, and their support team takes forever to respond — you have to keep asking for updates before anything is done. It honestly feels like they are unwilling to help.
Today, even after paying my account and sending proof at 10:40 AM, they suspended my services at 4:40 PM. Clearly, they don’t check payments, which is very unprofessional. When I called, they boldly told me my account was suspended for non-payment.
To make matters worse, the support agent Rethabile was rude and transferred me to admin while I was still speaking. The experience was shocking and disappointing.
It’s as though they feel they can treat customers however they want because they don’t have real competition.
