<p>The most appauling service we received tonight from the staff at g randwest when we came to see all for one perform. From the staff at the bar lying to our face saying that the alcohol being sold there does not go inside the arena to the security lady at gatevor door 11, who was rude and told us we can't have soft drinks inside even though they were in plastic containers. Eventually one lady came who had been apparently working at gw for sometime said we could go in and leave our food by the door and retrieve it as we come out. By the time the show was over that security person at door 11 told me our food had been thrown out, to me this extremely disrespectful and degrading as I had never expected such treatment from such an organisation. I'm hurt and disappointed. As that is my hard earned money that was tossed away.</p>
