Completed Course Over 2 Years Ago, Still No Certificate
I completed a Cybersecurity course with CTU Training Solutions over two years ago, expecting to receive my SETA certificate as promised. Instead, I was only given a certificate of completion.
Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them, and every time I am given the same vague response, with no follow-up or resolution. There is absolutely no proper communication, and they fail to deliver what they promise.
I strongly advise avoiding CTU Training Solutions, as my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time.

While I appreciate the acknowledgement, what I need is not another apology — I need the SETA certificate that was promised when I enrolled and successfully completed my Cybersecurity qualification.
A generic response does not address the core issue. There has been no clear timeline, no accountability, and no proactive follow-up from CTU’s side.
I would appreciate a concrete update with a specific timeframe for when this matter will finally be resolved.
