Extremely Disappointed – Never Received My Order

I placed an order on the 25th of June 2025 and have yet to receive it. What’s even more frustrating is that I haven’t received any updates or communication regarding the delay. I’ve tried following up but got no response. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I expected better and will not be ordering from this store again. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase here.
