BAD SERVICE RECEIVED AT AFRIQUE CUISINE

It seems as if business is doing well for Afrique Cuisine.

The attitude of the staff and Management is not helpful!

They treated me as if they don't need my business. They have ridiculous terms and conditions (a 10-page document with only their terms and no mention of the customer only what they want). Besides the above, all monies must all be paid up-front and they make that clear. The drinks price list is R75.00 for a jug of juice. 10% Tip on the Food Bill and another 10% Tip on the drinks bill. They ask for your car keys when you check-in, just in case you run away with the alcohol in your belly.

The place made me feel like a criminial yet I was an honest tax paying citizen that was only trying to make a booking.

I had better service at restaurants that was not even "4 Star".

Besides that, they need to create a more modern feel to the place, Africa looked like that 20 years ago!!! The furniture looked a bit outdated.

Staff arrogant and not helpful. Terrible service, won't recommend!!!!

There are so many places on the East Rand.
