HORRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND UNFRIENDLY STAFF

Fancy Casings, Faulty Products ! Wish I Could Give 0 Stars ! 😤

I bought this CUM Books pen as a birthday gift for my partner. It was supposed to be a nice, Christian-themed pen in a fancy casing—something thoughtful and special. But the moment he opened it, the pen literally split in two. And just to be clear, he wasn’t even being rough with it; it just broke on its own.

From the very beginning, it’s been impossible to get it back together. Half of the pen is now stuck in the casing, completely useless. We were so excited about it, and now it’s just a frustrating waste of money. Honestly, I’m super unhappy with this purchase. This is not what I expect from any brand, let alone something marketed as a “special gift.” Definitely would not recommend.
