********* Behavior and breach of POPI Act

Absolutely shocking service!!!

Firstly, I was given another clients contract, erroneously, I lieu of mine.

Highly ********* and completely in contravention of the POPI Act.

This made me very uncomfortable and I decided not yo proceed with signing the contract with them.

Despite this, they still had the audacity to take a deduction off my account for the proposed amount.

When I reached out to the broker from Curemed, he claims that this is the fee paid directly to Curemed and unassociated.

So, I must pay for his incompetence.

I have never heard of agreements where you pay for services NEVER RENDERED!!!

I was told that I would be contacted by a Manager and someone from their Compliance Department but to date, I've not heard from a single person from Curemed.

Be careful doing business with them!!!
