Absolutely shocking service!!! Firstly, I was given another clients contract, erroneously, I lieu of mine. Highly ********* and completely in contravention of the POPI Act. This made me very uncomfortable and I decided not yo proceed with signing the contract with them. Despite this, they still had the audacity to take a deduction off my account for the proposed amount. When I reached out to the broker from Curemed, he claims that this is the fee paid directly to Curemed and unassociated. So, I must pay for his incompetence. I have never heard of agreements where you pay for services NEVER RENDERED!!! I was told that I would be contacted by a Manager and someone from their Compliance Department but to date, I've not heard from a single person from Curemed. Be careful doing business with them!!!
In January I was experiencing problems with my Rain subscription and did not have access for weeks despite paying my account. I logged daily Support Tickets which to date have never received a reply. I eventually got through to someone in Sales who suggested I upgrade from the tower to the new router. This was done but my old contract was not stopped. I keep getting billed now for two contracts. Rain arranged to collect my old router one month ago and I'm still being billed for a service I'm not using or even have. Last week I tried to contact Rain via their WhatsApp Number. They told me someone would contact me. It's been a week and I've not heard heard from anyone at Rain. Their Customer Service is shocking. You speak to a chat Bot which replies with the same stupid message. I wonder if anyone will ever contact me from Rain. Their Customer Service is non existent.
I have been a client with Rain since they first started and was very happy with the service I received on my uncapped data plan for my mobile phone. This year I have been working remotely from home and opted to upgrade to the Premium 5g package as I wanted a faster connectivity. I have been so disappointed I made this choice. Despite this package being faster, when there is loadshedding the router is not able to connect despite having a backup option. I have logged several support requests and keep getting messages back saying batteries have been stolen from towers which may interfere with connectivity. Over the past month, I have stopped counting how many times this has happened to me. In terms of Customer Service and Customer Support, I believe Rain don't deliver and for that reason I'm rating them low. It's sad because I have used Rain and recommended their service to friends but given the experiences of late I would be very hesitant to recommend their services.
An order was placed with Karibaa.com for books (Order Number: 000003394). I received an email stating that my order had been acknowledged and I would be contacted within 48hours. This was on the 4th January 2023. It's now the 25th January 2023 and still no reply. I have emailed their support desk and am not able to get through on the number listed on the webpage. I am beginning to wonder if this company is legitimate as it's impossible to get hold of anyone. Surely, if there was a delay ordering my books, I should have received some notification and an explanation for this or advising me an estimated time for arrival of my books. Whilst they claim to be cheaper, the customer service is shocking. Had I known this, I would have placed my order with a more reliable online company to order my books and not had the hassle of waiting ages for a response or for my order to be fulfilled. I wonder if they will even honour my order. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience.
