Hi , please be informed
I have made a swift transfer to my Currencies Direct USD account : 2 August 2018, it is now 14 days later and they can't tell me where my money is 1750 USD. The funds successfully cleared my FNB account on POP swift to Currencies Direct , but yet they cant explain where my money is on their side - using the account number they have given me on profile.
I am so annoyed with them. If they dont resolve, I will have to open an fraudelent case.
