Restricting my Legitimate Account! But still pushing Premier membership/ subscription offers, more worried about money. Poor customer service!
Hi, I bought ( on Friday 17 April 2020) this Apricot Burgers (3packs with two patties each = 6 patties) from your store in Tygervalley. We freeze them and take out when needed. My wife made Burgers tonight and needless to say, I choked on this piece of sinew rubber or whatever it is. The size of a large olive. Poor Customer Service, switch board cutting my calls, without picking up. Eventually transfered my call from one help desk to another consultant and another consultant and another consultant... Johannesburg Branch.
Hi , please be informed I have made a swift transfer to my Currencies Direct USD account : 2 August 2018, it is now 14 days later and they can't tell me where my money is 1750 USD. The funds successfully cleared my FNB account on POP swift to Currencies Direct , but yet they cant explain where my money is on their side - using the account number they have given me on profile. I am so annoyed with them. If they dont resolve, I will have to open an fraudelent case.
