When I enrolled my child with Curro Rivonia, I requested for a full year invoice, which took more than two months to get to my invoice despite getting kind of automated statements on a monthly basis since then. When I paid for the whole year, come December 2025, I was hit with a statement saying I owe Curro Rivonia. What an embarrassment, but tried to address it the finance team, and got it partially resolved, but since December ti March 2026, I'm still battling with getting a reversal that we identified with Curro Rivonia. I called their Head Office, collections department, and all I get are promises to call back, which does not happen. I can't believe how Curro treats customers who pay in advance for 10 or so months, despite the sacrifice for the Time Value For Money to the advantage of the school
