Parcel lost/ parcel still at customs at OR Tambo International airport

My parcel was send from Germany on the 29th of January it left Germany on the 30th bound to south Africa. It was scanned at or Tambo international airport on the 5th February I called the international mail centre in Johannesburg and gave them my tracking number, but they said the parcel is not there and I should try the custom's at the airport but also they don't seem to know where my parcel is.

But I have confirmation that it whas scanned on the 5th February. I need this parcel to apply for a visa at the German embassy as the only accept the original work contract of employment. Now I have to cancel my appointment at the embassy deu to not having my works contract to show them.
