My Telkom.contract i took out is a uncapped 4mbs adsl line. but the past 3 months my internet conection os fualty everytime i qeury this by telkom they only say the line in the street is faulty and that they going to change it next week now its been 4 months of next weeks and still nothing. but my account is up to date payed but they cant give from theyre side. every time is only a promise that they cant keep i am so sick and tired of TELKOM RICHARDSBAY CUASE THEY ARE USELESS. But the are quick to call of your account is payed one day late but they cant make theyre fualts right.
My parcel was send from Germany on the 29th of January it left Germany on the 30th bound to south Africa. It was scanned at or Tambo international airport on the 5th February I called the international mail centre in Johannesburg and gave them my tracking number, but they said the parcel is not there and I should try the custom's at the airport but also they don't seem to know where my parcel is. But I have confirmation that it whas scanned on the 5th February. I need this parcel to apply for a visa at the German embassy as the only accept the original work contract of employment. Now I have to cancel my appointment at the embassy deu to not having my works contract to show them. My tracking number is RR ********** 27DE

I called the international post office in Johannesburg but with no avail the told me the parcel isn't yet at the international mail centre. The parcel is my work contract that I need for my visa for Germany so now I am stuck as nobody can give me answers about my parcel and I would have to cancel my appointment at the German embassy deu to customs not releasing my parcel.
