If I could give them less than one star I would. My parcel shows delivered to SA customs on the 3rd of June 2018 @ 18:51:00 it is the 2nd of October 2018 (almost 4 months later) and the package still hasn't arrived with no answer at the customs offices, rude staff putting the phone down in your ear, incompetent staff. This is quite an urgent package and I have just no way of tracking it. It hasn't even been scanned at the customs office so what are these people doing all day? Sitting on their asses as valuable packages just never get shipped or sorted. Telling me that in 4 months time they could not even scan and ship a small package.

Taking weeks to release parcels of which ALL required documents and freight statements have been supplied and then suddenly a penalty fee is charged to the customer. Is there corruption/fraud in the making between shipping companies and CBCU? If not, what's the 'so-called' hold up of customers' shipment when all the paperwork is in order? People should speak up!

My parcel was send from Germany on the 29th of January it left Germany on the 30th bound to south Africa. It was scanned at or Tambo international airport on the 5th February I called the international mail centre in Johannesburg and gave them my tracking number, but they said the parcel is not there and I should try the custom's at the airport but also they don't seem to know where my parcel is. But I have confirmation that it whas scanned on the 5th February. I need this parcel to apply for a visa at the German embassy as the only accept the original work contract of employment. Now I have to cancel my appointment at the embassy deu to not having my works contract to show them. My tracking number is RR ********** 27DE

Hi I have been ordering my goods overseas for a while now and I have NEVER had to pay a customs fee so now all of a sudden there's a fee I have to pay. my question is WHY OPEN MY PACKAGE IF YOU GONNA TURN AROUND AND CHARGE ME????? who in their right mind comes up with these fees? R123 like for what? it cost you R123 to open my pakage? maybe its me who dosn't understand this whole thing and i would like some clarity because really this is ridiclous

I don't even know where to begin. I have sent packages about 3 of them that have never been delivered to their rightful owners. CAN somebody explain what they do with them?? They claim that they are holding one of the packages on dentention because the package was insured; ok first of all in this part of the world, the insurance is already included by the post office because its priority mail I DID NOT pay the insurance. Second of all, they should be a way to figure out the next step if the package is insured. The key here is to get the packages DELIVERED . I don't care how you go about it. Just get the packages DELIVERED to the RIGHTFUL OWNERS. One of the packages has been at customs since August 16th of 2017 the other package since July 21 2017. The contents in these packages are about 1.3 KG. They are gifts nothing of Monterey value what so ever. WHERE ARE THE PACKAGES ? Somebody needs to answer for this. We as customers should be able to trust that when we ship overseas, the packages will be DELIVERED to our loved ones based on good faith! WHAT IN THE WORLD HAVE YOU DONE WITH THE PACKAGES???? KEEP IN MIND THIS CASE WILL NOT END HERE. We are so sick of lossing packages. :(
