Taking weeks to release parcels of which ALL required documents and freight statements have been supplied and then suddenly a penalty fee is charged to the customer. Is there corruption/fraud in the making between shipping companies and CBCU? If not, what's the 'so-called' hold up of customers' shipment when all the paperwork is in order? People should speak up!
I have been using the courier guy for 4 years now and can give accurate and honest feedback regarding their value as a courier company. My experience with them has been very positive and if there has been an issue, it was resolved promptly. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient courier company. I would like to send a special thanks to the staff at the TCG George Branch for always being helpful and friendly and InterTown George for being a fantastic 3rd party! Guys are always friendly :) I sincerely hope that TCG will strive to keep up the great service and fantastic customer support. Companies like these are few and far between. I would just like to compliment The Courier Guy on their great service. We have been using them since December 2014. Throughout the past year their service has been fantastic - couple of hiccups here and there - but overall very satisfied compared to other companies used in the past.
