I am extremely disappointed with them, I ordered a blazer and it's been a full week and my order has not arrived. I'm even being ignored when I send follow up dms. I did they full procedure as she advised, she confirmed availability of stock and I paid and now I'm being ignored and worse part our chats are being deleted. Please do the right thing or I'll keep nagging!.
For starters I have a parcel I ordered last year June I have not yet received, I went to the southway mall branch only for the branch manager to be rude to me. I have not received the slip as yet and also for my recent order I lost my slip she said that she can't help I was wait for my final notice which can take 2 weeks from now. She said they have alot of parcels which they don't, she's extremely rude I don't know why she didn't want to look for me. I want my orders ASAP!!! URGENTLY ASSIST 071 835 5529 I'm very annoyed
FI Concession query I would like to know who qualifies for this F1 concession. I am a final year honors student, i have written and passed all my modules already so this year I was only registered for one module. I had a panic attack at the exam venue so now i'm worried I will not pass. I need clarity on this concession as I know some people who did not receive it and had to re-register. you can contact me on ********** 002. also note i have been calling the operations department since yesterday and there numbers are engaged. i'm in Durban and i can't go all the way to JHB as i don't have the money, some assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Last month I called in mtn because I saw there was something wrong with my bill, the lady advised me that mtn was oweing me hence the bill came up to 168.i paid that money and now all of a sudden I'm being the my payments. Until someone traces that call don't call me coz I'm very angry. I asked the call Centre agent Three times whether I'm suppose to pay the 168 and she said yes. I called with this number ********** please listen to that call and whomever advised me wrong please take action coz this is ridiculous and I did not budget to pay the amount which I meant to pay this month.
Hi I have been ordering my goods overseas for a while now and I have NEVER had to pay a customs fee so now all of a sudden there's a fee I have to pay. my question is WHY OPEN MY PACKAGE IF YOU GONNA TURN AROUND AND CHARGE ME????? who in their right mind comes up with these fees? R123 like for what? it cost you R123 to open my pakage? maybe its me who dosn't understand this whole thing and i would like some clarity because really this is ridiclous
<p>Ran into some financial situations and made a deal wih MTN to pay the following month. so MTN doesnt even call me to confirm if i will be able to pay or not, they put me through to credit bureu. Now i want to pay back their outstanfing amount and mtn is not calling me back. i have been calling for the past two weeks even sent countless emails but everyone keeps transferring me to a different department. I WANT TO PAY BACK YOUR MONEY,JUST CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>I would like to complain about the cashier at pahla station... There's this African lady that wears a doek and dark in skin color anyway she shows the ticket at you and even your change. She is very rude please fire her</p>
