IF 0 STARS WERE POSSIBLE LORRAINE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT!
EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS, I do not even know why they offer live chat on their website because they are no help at all you have to beg them almost to respond and then they give you attitude if you are not satisfied that you have to wait almost an hour for a simple answer form their so called online chat system. I have requested previous report cards and also confirmation that they have them on record which Lorraine and her attitude is extremely quick to demand R250 but after asking 4 times for confirmation before I make a payment which is my right before paying for anything there is no response and then she has the audacity to tell me I can go ahead and post a complaint on hello Peter (extremely unprofessional) as she has to wait for programmers which takes her an hour to respond to me after I had to send multiple messages to get a simple response then after waiting ANOTHER HOUR I STILL HAVE NO CONFIRMATION????!!!!!! I would recommend using a professional registered school instead! She requests an immediate payment but then also says I have to wait up to 2 days for 1 document are you serious? This is why our country will never get anywhere because people like LORRAINE thinks the world owes them everything. Maybe this is just an unregistered front just to make money out of everyone else, that is why they have not even registered on Hello Peter because they know they deliver a **** service! DISGUSTING. I can not even open my text books ,because they use a unfamiliar file format, the UI does not even work right. My marks that i get when I take the test is not the same as what I see on my rapport card.

Avoid SA Cyber School
Please take note that SA Cyber School, seems to have closed. As I had to move my kids to Impaq. And I gave notice. Then I was told that I would be refunded for the fees that I paid in advance. Now there it radio silence. Mandy doesn't respond to calls, emails or WhatsApp's.

<p>Cyber school's live chat team are incompetent! I was told via live chat that I do not have to pay a fee for my final GED exams , only thing they told me was that I had to go to a center to write the exams! Cyber school needs to educate their team! I regret joining cyber school! </p>
