If you are reading this you are just as so many before you. In beginning of February we requested quotes for vehicle signage as well as some estate boards. The items we requested were very basic. I had to wait for about a week to get my quotes after various phone calls from my part. Eventually we received our quotes and decided to pay immediately as we had an deadline. Once the ordered had been confirmed , again initiated from our side, we were informed that we need to wait some days for the artwork to be done and once we approved only then production can start. This is understanding to a point. But coming from the same industry knowing it very well, I was not impressed. Again I had to come in and force then to show me the artwork so I can approve it. They were informed every time of the urgency of the matter. Eventually I approved the artwork and ask to talk to the production person. I did and were informed that they are having staffing issues and would only be able to supply my items a week later on the Monday. We have been waiting for more than two weeks for our signage for our vehicles. I phone on the Monday to confirm if my order are ready, only to hear more excuses. So I informed the production manager I want my stuff by Tuesday 13:00. As I got to the shop after 14:00 on Tuesday and ask the reception if my stuff are ready, the production manager yelled at her and said that he would phone me when it is ready. Then I asked when will that be, Today?; Tomorrow?, In a weeks time?... And he just yelled he will call me when the order is ready. So people, I will never ever advise anyone to ever make use of the most useless and anti-customer service business in secunda. Stay clear people. rather go to Bethel or some where out side secunda.
I can not even open my text books ,because they use a unfamiliar file format, the UI does not even work right. My marks that i get when I take the test is not the same as what I see on my rapport card.
