Cancelled, yet you still get charged? ***
Cancel my service, yet i still get billed. This after battling for 3 months to actually getting the service to work. This company is USELESS

Cancellation fee on the NON-Functional service (Consumer Act)
I ordered an Internet Solution from them. That did not work from the first day. Fixed Wireless on 21 Jun 2022. I reported the promblem on the first week, with no success in getting it to work. I ordered Fibre on 7 Jul 2022. I spoke to someone on the Whatsapp chat and they did say that the cancellation fee would probably be wavered. I have since then also email them and chatted to them to let them know that i am unable to afford the R999 cancellation fee. As I am still paying the last installement on my previous ISP this month, And i cannot afford to pay more than R3000 in 1 month for internet. So to my surprise this morning, i get a notification that my service will be suspended.

Rain was brilliant, now do i need to change?
Internet speeds were brilliant for the first 2 years. Now you cant even watch Netflix at night on 5G Premium Home. I report it every day, and all i get is an emai, saying they are working on it. most of the time we are only connected to a 4G tower.

Avoid SA Cyber School
Please take note that SA Cyber School, seems to have closed. As I had to move my kids to Impaq. And I gave notice. Then I was told that I would be refunded for the fees that I paid in advance. Now there it radio silence. Mandy doesn't respond to calls, emails or WhatsApp's.

Triple Weave Gas Solutions (Actually NOT a Solution at all).
Don't let these guys do any gas installations for you. First of all, they are unable to follow simple instructions. Secondly they are able to supply you with a COC for installations that are NOT up to code. Like using normal plumbing pipes for gas lines. And doing a second installation right next to an existing one. Then when you try to get them to come and solve the problem of the gas geyser not working properly from the first day. They don't even bother to respond. I will report them to Afrox for this. And has to pay another company to bring the installation up to code.

Crumbed mushrooms half and half
I ordered the \scrum "snack basket from the rugby menu. <br> Did not expect to receive on mushroom in total for the crumbed mushrooms. 2x half a crumbed mushroom. Then I received a total of 2 chicken wings crumbed and tasteless. Accompanied by 4 pieces of fried haloumi and soggy fries. Really did not feel this to be worth the price of R100.90. <br> <br> """
