This Place Shouldn’t Exist
I think I’d rather starve, shrivel up and die than enter this establishment ever again. I walk into the cafe and greet two “lovely” ladies who did not greet me back and ignored me. I thought to myself “perhaps they didn’t hear me”, so I stood in front of them waiting for them to acknowledge me, but they never did. Okay. I go and take a seat thinking they would serve me seated. Oh boy, was I wrong. I sat ignored and unattended for thirty minutes all the while the servers were helping other customers they deemed worthy. I have no idea why they chose to be terrible but I would not recommend this cafe to anyone, even if I had a gun pointed at my head.

Wiesenhof Coffee Shop @ Makro Alberton
Are you a resident of Alberton or just visiting Alberton on business or pleasure, then pop into Wiesenhof Coffee Shop situated inside Makro Alberton for that refreshing aromatic Wiesenhof Cappuccino. If time is on your side, sit down for a good breakfast meal or that filling lunch meal. You will be glad you did!!

Arrogance Extraordinaire
We could not get service despite the manager calling the waitees and me flaghing her twice. When leaving my eife told the waitress that they lost business to which the waitress found amusing

Sahara Pricing,Butter!s the Upgrade
Wiesenhof at Vincent Palotti (VP) Friendly staff, but the sandwich was a Sahara experience (first one- so droog,dit sit nou nog in my keel) upgraded to slightly less dry (second one- buttered on one side only). Quality standards and pricing' says it all... maybe adjust the recipe? 🥪😬 next time, a bit more moisture? 🫣😬 Kudos for the hospitality, though!"

Terrible food and horrible Service
Both event's happend in a period of a week I went to the coffee shop to buy a snack i decided on strawberries i bought them but when i wanted to eat them i noticed its moldy i took it back and complained to the manager about it and took all the molded ones of the shelves now today i went there again for a snack and i looked at the strawberries it looked fine and oky when i bought it but when i opened it and moved it around it was also molded i ask the manager its the 2de time this week how can you sell this to clients then he wants to be rude and arrogant so i checked all the other strawberry tubs and i was also molded but then the manager want to be rude when i dont want to exchange it for another tub absolutely ridiculous and what if someone gets sick that is Mold and its dangerous

Excellent experience at Wiesenhof Coffee Shop
The Wiesenhof coffee shop in Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital Western Cape. Service and food were really good. The staff were extremely friendly - one waiter in particular, named Arthur, went out of his way to lend me his personal adaptor for my cell phone. Hospitals are normally places of anxiety - what a pleasure to meet such a helpful group of people 🤩

Wiesenhof has the Worst Smoothie Ever!
Had the worst smoothie ever. Watched as they made it they added in 2 tiny strawberries, 3 slices of apple , 3 slices of banana and a bit of juice, the rest ice . Tasted like water with a bit of flavour. This restaurant is supposed to bring comfort to distressed people, it highly distressed me. What a *******!

BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT
We enjoy taking our grandchildren to Lanseria for lunch and go there often. We where there yesterday, Sunday 19/01/20 and my husband ordered pancakes with ice cream and I ordered flap jacks with fig, nuts & cream stack. Both were appalling. Bone dry and the worst ever. We suggest you remove from the menu entirely and replace with fresh waffles instead. The cream on the flap jacks was also not fresh. Very disappointing but your staff/waiters are always very friendly and helpful. Maybe the owner needs to have a meal there so you can see for yourself.
