I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the appalling level of service I have received from Cybersmart. After my fibre service went down, I immediately logged a fault. Since then, an unreasonable amount of time has passed, and I am still without any internet connection. The core issue is a complete failure in communication and service delivery. Here is a summary of my experience: Empty Promises: I have had to follow up numerous times. On every single call, I am promised that a technician will contact me to schedule a repair. This has never happened. Not once. Unresponsive Support: The official Cybersmart WhatsApp support desk is incredibly slow. It can take ages to get a simple reply, making it useless for resolving any urgent issues. Inaccessible Management: I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager to escalate this problem, but my requests have been ignored. There seems to be no way to escalate a complaint. I am left with a service I am paying for that does not work, and worse, there is zero commitment from Cybersmart on a timeline for a fix. They have left me completely in the dark.
