STAY VERY FAR AWAY. We replaced the battery in my sons Suzuki SX4. Had idling problems. Capital batteries refered us to D&S Auto. He fixes the idling problem, the said we need to replace the Catilisator. We took it to him, and then all fall apart. The enjin light kept on coming on and the cruise control stopped working. After taking it back 7 times from March to July he said i must either live with the enjin light on the dashboard or replace the Catilisator with the original one. the owner, Dean, then claimed that sensor 1 needs to be replaced and quoted me R8400.00 to replaced by hat. Took the car to Noise Boys. One day with them, problem fixed. Noise Boys wrote sensor 2 out of the software, stating that if you replace the Catilisator, the software on the car sees sensor 2 as sensor 1 and thus the reason the enjin error light comes on. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING

D & S AUTO AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE CENTRE Simarlo Total Cnr Magical (M27) & Old Johannesburg Road Hennopspark, Centurion083 275 1255 SANDRA ANSWERS THIS NUMBER Our Mercedez Benz was showing a yellow diagnostic light , and we approached D & S Auto and electrical to perform diagnostics on the vehicle. ( they happen to be on the same premises as the car wash we frequent so it was convenient to use their services ) We were told the diagnostics could only be done after 3 days, and as we were going away on a business trip, we were assured that leaving the car on their premises would not be a problem at all. We had taken photographs of the vehicle the day it went onto their premises. We received a bill of R4 899.00 whilst away, without being given a quotation first, but as we were away, and having our car on their premises, we paid the bill in good faith (via eft) and trusted we would be given the diagnostic report and invoice of work performed on our return. On collecting the car Saturday 12th June 2021 , they were unable to assist in giving the diagnostics report, detailed statement of repairs, plus receipt of our payment. We collected our car from the workshop and discovered (3 deep gauges on the passenger door, plus the ripped beading) we went straight to the office to report the damages, but they had already closed for the day. Our car wash attendant who washes all our cars is witness to the damages. We attempted calling the numbers on their business card, but no one was taking our calls. We sent the photographs of the damaged vehicle to 081 038 8301 and after no response later that day we called the number and spoke to Sandra, who asked us to send the pictures to 081 037 6710 which is a number she also answered on ??? I then called 083 275 1255 and spoke to Rob who could not assist as he was telling me how he had been robbed and would not be at work for quite some time but will make sure we have our detailed statement plus diagnostic report ?? By end of business day on Monday 14th June 2021 we still had not heard from this company. On Tuesday 15th June 2021 my husband went into D & S Auto to discuss the issue, and insisted they talk to workshop. An employee from the workshop was called and he confirmed that there were no damages to the vehicle when it arrived at the work shop. The employee was quickly dismissed from the conversation, after which, total disrespect and agitation was shown towards my husband who tried to sort the issue out amicably. To date 22nd June 2021 we still have not received any of the documentation that was promised and no phone call.
