We were customers of Vix telecom. We moved to the UK for work. We gave them 1 month notice which they confirmed. We moved to the UK and then got a mail in December stating they will send Skynet couriers to collect the router on 06 January 2023. We organise with the new owners to be at home to hand it to the couriers. The couriers collected the router on 06 January. Vox then send us a bill for the router, we then send them a mail with the waybill, yet, they deducted the value if R1210.00 from our bank account. They never replied to the mail. This is obvious theft. They have the router and we paid for it as well but have nothing to show for it.
STAY VERY FAR AWAY. We replaced the battery in my sons Suzuki SX4. Had idling problems. Capital batteries refered us to D&S Auto. He fixes the idling problem, the said we need to replace the Catilisator. We took it to him, and then all fall apart. The enjin light kept on coming on and the cruise control stopped working. After taking it back 7 times from March to July he said i must either live with the enjin light on the dashboard or replace the Catilisator with the original one. the owner, Dean, then claimed that sensor 1 needs to be replaced and quoted me R8400.00 to replaced by hat. Took the car to Noise Boys. One day with them, problem fixed. Noise Boys wrote sensor 2 out of the software, stating that if you replace the Catilisator, the software on the car sees sensor 2 as sensor 1 and thus the reason the enjin error light comes on. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING
I am tired of companies that want to make money from a customer. I have an Whirlpool washing machine that leaked a bit of water, an by that I mean about 20ml per cycle. So i thought i will have it fixed. Took it to Ryks Electrical in Valhalla. 17 Viking street. Took them 2 weeks to give me a quote and guess what. All of a sudden they need to replace parts in the gearbox and parts in the timer. What the heck the timer has to do with a water leak only they know. Total cost R3700.00. when he phoned with this quote i requested the leak to be fixed. His last words on the phone "let me see if i can get the parts and the i will quote you again. One week later i stopped at Ryks from work to find out what is going on. He, that is Eddie, the owner, then states to me that o said i will come to have a look at the washer. Total absolute lie and that in my face. So, he is one of those that makes money from people by not doing what was asked and the load the prices to make money from a customer.
Excellent. I bought a car and had a orobylem with the tyres. After e-mail them and guiding me to a agent, they replaced all my tyres for free. Well done
HMD projects, also known as gutter friends. Stay away!!! I have been trying for 8 months to have their poor workmanship repaired. Their gaurentee is not worth the paper it is written on. They have been promising to come out to repair, the never do. Their word is not even worth the effort to call or communicate with.
