Disappointing deals

Despite advertising a product (deal) the site and cart say its unavailable. Then when I try contact the vendor, I get rude messages telling me to pay full price and stop threatening them. All I did was say I need to inform Daddy's Deals that the deal isnt working / is unavailable. Vendors need to meter their tome with paying clients and Daddy's Deals need to control these exchanges between vendors and paying clients. Their website failing to work is certainly not my problem. Very unprofessional service all round.
